JCT30/50-X Mini Rice Processing Plant is HTM’s Latest Mini Rice Mill, and also an Economical Version of the DCT Mini series. The merits of the XCT & ZCT Series versions have been maintained in this new series plus the following additional advantages;

1. High cost performance; Economical version of DCT 30/50 Mini Series

2. Higher Yield of output rice, from 1.5TPH to 2TPH

3. Higher Whitening/Polishing Efficiency, This significantly increases the rice milling quality, and reduces the rate of breakage of the rice by using a multistep whitening/polishing technology.

4. Automated rice processing, it will minimize the cost of labor & increase rice production efficiency.

5. High Flexibility, It can be upgraded to an DCT Mini & DCT Biomass Standard Rice Mill Plant, using Silky Polishing & Rice Cooling system.

6. Grade C level standard is realized in rice production (up to level Grade B/A, Export Rice Standard at a later period)

7. Longer periods of operation of up to 24 hours without interruption.

8. Compared to the XCT Series and ZCT Series, JCT Mini series is more convenient to maintain.

9. Equipping with Simple Dust Collection System.

10. Low investment cost, The investment amount is only 50%~70% of the DCT30/50 Mini Rice Mill Plant, with the installation time significantly shortened.

Stage 1    Design of JCT30/50-X Mini Rice Processing Project
