DCT30/50-XS Biomass Mini Rice Mill Plant is HTM’s Latest Mini Rice Mill, and also an upgraded version of the XCT and ZCT series. The merits of the XCT & ZCT Series versions have been maintained in this new series plus the following additional advantages;

1.Higher Yield of output rice, from 1.5TPH to 2TPH

2.Higher Whitening/Polishing Efficiency, This significantly increases the rice milling quality, and reduces the rate of breakage of the rice by using a multistep whitening/polishing technology

3.High Flexibility,  It can be upgraded to an DCT Biomass Standard Rice Mill Plant, using Silky Polishing & Rice Cooling system.

4.Grade B/C level standard is realized in rice production (up to level Grade A, Export Rice Standard at a later period)

5.Longer periods of operation of up to 24 hours without interruption.

6.Compared to the XCT Series and ZCT Series, DCT Mini series is more convenient to maintain.

7.The investment amount is only 15%~25% of the DCT Standard Rice Mill Plant, with the installation time significantly shortened.

8.It can be equipped with optional Paddy Drying System, Parboiling System, Paddy Silos etc.
